Return Process

Log in to your Smarpix account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
